Can you see this?! Ugh. I hate this part of living in Maryland. One of the few things, really. If you look closely you might be able to see my main concern in all this. My car has a tree limb frozen/snowed down on top of it. Right around the hood. I hope and pray everything's alright. Just got to wait for the snow to melt, because there's no way I can get it off now, way too much snow. Wonderful. Just wonderful. :(
Why do we need snow even? I mean is their any scientific purpose for it? Rain helps plants grow, wets the soil, etc, etc. Snow? It just falls and makes a big albeit sometimes pretty mess of things. I for one say we find some way of getting rid of the shit once and for all. No more White Christmases. No more white any days. Forever.
In other news, my first blog post ever. Yay! I've been super lame this weekend, because you can guess it, the snow. I wanted to go out and get my current job situation straightened out. I feel so helpless and useless right now. I've had Doctor Who: The Writer's Tale: The Final Chapter by RTD and Benjamin Cook, DVDs, and Netflix Instant Streaming to keep me busy. That and planning all sorta scriptalicious goodies (Seriously, not to toot my own horn, but I think some of my best ideas ever.)
As per RTD's suggestion in Writer's Tale, I listened to Mika's Any Other World song. It really is truly a great inspirational song. I hadn't noticed before looking it up on YouTube at his suggestion, but I had already heard it back when people were talking how it'd be perfect for the final scenes of The O.C., so I had looked it up back then, but ultimately I was glad with Patrick Park's Life's A Song playing in those final scenes, still everyone should listen to Mika's Any Other World at some point, so here, I've provided it for you. Listen to it, while I worry about my poor little red Sunfire trapped in a snow cocoon with a mean tree limb.
